Samantha, a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern and founder of Empowerment Solutions Therapy, LLC, approaches therapy with a focus on cultivating collaborative relationships with her clients, aiming to facilitate lasting changes through joint efforts. She is dedicated to establishing a non-judgmental and comfortable environment, encouraging individuals of all ages to gain insight and address their current challenges. Samantha's work is characterized by a blend of compassion, humor, and authenticity, creating an atmosphere where clients feel at ease.

Over the course of Samantha's training, experience, and career, she has acquired expertise in a range of evidence-based interventions, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed approaches, and multicultural counseling. She has also specialized in working with individuals on the autism spectrum, navigating life transitions, managing ADHD, and addressing a variety of other mental health concerns.

Originally from New Jersey, Samantha relocated to Sunny Florida to pursue her academic studies. She earned her Psychology degree at Lynn University and went on to obtain a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Crisis and Trauma Therapy from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Samantha completed her practicum and internship hours at the Faulk Center for Counseling in Boca Raton, where she engaged with diverse clients of all ages and diverse concerns. Her responsibilities included leading a social skills group for children, facilitating a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group, overseeing an Anger Management group, coordinating a support group for divorced and separated individuals, and actively participating in the center's Senior Outreach Support Program (SOS). Through these experiences, Samantha has demonstrated her versatility and commitment to addressing the unique needs of her clients.
